DMS introduction
In case of invitations to tender for procedures and applications, we transfer the customer’s specifications into a service description or an awardable document. We moderate the coordination processes between the users, the supervisors of the application and the procurement department.
New cross-sectional methods, such as the introduction of a Document Management System (DMS), bring major changes in the way users work. This is particularly evident in the introduction of e-government solutions such as the e-file. Accompanying these changes and successfully managing change is an important contribution to success.
Cost-effectiveness analyses for IT tenders with Business Intelligence (BI)
The economic analysis (WiBe) module is a standard BI solution by AIOS Solutions. The BI module is based on the WiBe 5.0 concept of the Federal Government Commissioner for Information Technology and supports public administration organizations in the economic efficiency assessment of planned IT investments according to the latest standards and methods.
